Shipping and Delivery


Depending how speedy customs in England are, items can take up to 4 weeks (5 weeks over the Christmas period) to arrive from the USA. As soon as we have your items, they’re packed and posted the next working day. We will message you, or add a post to our Facebook page, if there are any further delays. You’re also free to message us if you have any questions about the timescale of your order. Some specialised items can take slightly longer to arrive and this is because we want to offer you the best prices. To do this, we have to be clever with the way we ship items over to the UK. All our boxes need to be completely full  (30lbs) before we can forward them onto the UK. However, with the amount we order, boxes fill pretty quickly!


Can you give me an exact date for delivery?

We order so many items and have lots of boxes shipped over from America on a weekly basis, so it’s very difficult to know what’s in each box. This is why it’s hard for us to tell you an exact date for delivery, however we will always message you on the day we’re posting to you. The couriers we use vary depending on the weight of your parcel, but a rough time scale for these are 2-4 working days. Your items will automatically be sent 2nd class, however if you would like your items sent 1st class then please just ask.


Delivery Address Accuracy.

It is imperative that you provide the correct address at the time of placing your order. This must be accurate and, if using PayPal, must be the correct address listed on PayPal. We cannot be held accountable for errors or incorrect addresses. Please make sure you use capital letters for your postcodes for ease. If you have placed an order already and realise an incorrect address has been provided, please email us immediately.


Issues with your order.

If your order arrives damaged to our US address then we will reorder your items for you. If your order arrives damaged here in the UK, then you have the option to reorder, a refund or exchange for something else that we have in stock. Example: Wax can sometimes go through extreme weather conditions on route to the UK and sometimes can freeze the glue at the bottom of the jar. This means that the wax can then become loose and move in transit, creating some smudges on the glass. The candle is in perfect, working condition and will only need a quick wipe and will look good as new! Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds to exchanges if this does happen. Refunds are only offered if the item is broken or missing wicks. If you have any issues with your order such as damage, missing or incorrect items, please get in touch within 2 working days of delivery. Photographic evidence must be provided so that a claim can be submitted with the courier company.


Shipping to Europe & Internationally will be discussed and shipping quotes will be given during the order process.
